This workshop explores the 10 ways you can utilize energy efficiency to maximize the comfort, affordability and value of the homes you design, build or sell. Learn about energy efficiency rating systems and the provincial strategies to remove traditional barriers to energy efficiency market transformation. This workshop is intended for real estate agents, home inspectors, homebuilders, home buyers, planners and consultants in the residential building sector.

Paula Steele is the Energy Efficiency Program Coordinator at City Green, overseeing existing residential, multi-unit residential and new houses energy assessments.  She is an educator and communications specialist with a Masters in Professional Communications.  James Rodger is the executive director of the Green Realty Association - experts in the ecology of real estate.
